Welcome to Woodford Golf Club Societies and Corporate page.

We welcome Societies and Corporate Events for which we require a minimum of 8 persons. These should be booked in advance through the club secretary. There are good changing facilities in the clubhouse, as well as a dining area and bar. We can offer private dining for approximately 40 persons if that is what you would like.

Packages can be tailored to suit your needs, but examples of what is available are given below.

Time is of the essence

In this day and age where time is a very valuable commodity and you simply cannot afford to take a whole day out, why not go for a 9-hole affair, which should take no more than 4 hours. You can choose a morning or an afternoon session.

9 Holes of Golf

Prices are based on a minimum of 8 players on Monday to Friday.

For Sundays and Bank Holidays add £5 per head.

Coffee or tea and bacon rolls on arrival, 9 holes of golf £15.00
Coffee or tea and bacon rolls on arrival, 9 holes of golf followed by ham, egg and chips £20.00
Coffee or tea and bacon rolls on arrival, 9 holes of golf, and 2-course meal served with coffee and mints £30.00

The Standard Offer

Coffee or tea and bacon rolls on arrival, 18 holes of golf £20.00
Coffee or tea and bacon rolls on arrival, 18 holes of golf, followed by ham, egg and chips £25.00
Coffee or tea and bacon rolls on arrival, 18 holes of golf and 2-course meal served with coffee and mints £35.00

The All-Day Job

Package Price per head
Coffee or tea and bacon rolls on arrival, 9 holes of golf in the morning; ham, egg and chips for lunch; 18 holes of golf in the afternoon followed by a 2-course meal served with coffee and mints £50.00

Example 2-Course Menus

Mains
Steak and Ale Pie/Pudding, or Chicken and Mushroom Pie, or Cottage Pie or: Traditional roast dinner and trimmings (additional £2 per head).

All served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes.

Desserts
Fruit Crumble/Pie, or Spotted Dick, or Bread and Butter Pudding, or Cheeseboard and biscuits.

Followed by coffee and mints.

For 3-course menus add £3 per head.
