3rd and 12th hole

The short 3rd/12th hole is called Mornington. There are ditches crossing the approach to the green between the trees on the left and right. The 3rd is 180 yards from the white tee (180 yards from the yellow and 165 yards from the winter mat), par 3 with a stroke index of 12.

The 12th is 180 yards from the white tee (164 yards from the yellow tee and 165 yards from the winter mat) with a stroke index of 13. The 12th tee is lower than the 3rd tee and therefore the green opens up more from the 12th tee. Play is across the uphill 6th fairway, so golfers need to be wary of others playing the 6th/15th.
