Approach to the second green
The 2nd hole is a par 4 of 366 yards from the white tee (344 yards from the yellow tee, and 352 from the winter mat) with a stroke index of 10. Hemmed in by trees and bushes near the tee, there is a ditch to catch the unwary about 100 yards from the tee and a further ditch, the width of the fairway, about 20 yards from the pin. Known as Leeward, the hole is also the 11th on the second circuit with the 11th tee slightly nearer the green at 366 yards from the white tee (328 yards from the yellow tee and 352 yards from the winter mat). It is still a par 4, but with a stroke index of 11.
Approach to the 11th green
The approach to 2nd green, which serves also as the 11th green. There is a ditch, the width of the fairway, just before the green.
After finishing the 2nd/11th, golfers should take the gravel path to the 3rd/12th tees taking care when the path crosses the 6th fairway just before the green. It is a few hundred yards walk.
