18 Hole Course - The Whinns
363 yd, par 4, SI 4 Arguably the signature hole of the course, you tee off the second tier first time round. The hole is a dog-leg left, with a steepish camber right to left. The fairway is almost completely divided at the elbow of the dog-leg by a zereba of low hawthorn bushes 250 yards from the tee. A tee shot to the right hand side of the fairway should run round with the camber. The green runs deceptively front-to-back, with a small bank front and right of the green which can easily throw the ball to the back of the green. The 6th tee is through the path on the right of the green, then on the left.
