Function room
Our dining room, bar and dance area can be hired out for functions. The clubhouse dining area can cater for a maximum of 50 covers for a sit-down meal whereas 90 people can eat a buffet meal. The charges are £40 (plus VAT) an hour for hire of the room for a function with a maximum of 50 guests and £47.50 (plus VAT) an hour for an event where there are more than 50 guests. However, the rate can be reduced for workshops and annual meetings where no food is served. The price includes 1 bar staff for up to 50 people and 2 for over 50 people. Additional bar staff can be provided at a cost of £7.50 per hour per person. There is a discount for club members of more than one year's standing.
